AI Disclosure

We believe you should know exactly how AI works in LevelUpGrowth. This disclosure explains what our AI does, what it doesn't, and where you stay in control.

1. Where AI is used

• Aria — the platform FAQ. Answers questions about how the platform works from the platform documentation, reads your plan name and credit balance, and directs you around the app. She does not execute work.
• The AI Workforce. Ten specialized AI roles, led by Sarah (Digital Marketing Manager), that research, draft, and organise marketing work — SEO, content, CRM and creative.
• Content generation. Website copy, articles, images, and video assets are produced with AI.

2. You stay in control

Every task the workforce finishes is reviewed by Sarah, the Digital Marketing Manager, for alignment with your brief, complete metadata and provenance before it reaches you. Work that fails that review returns to draft and is never counted as done or included in a bulk publish. Nothing publishes, posts or sends without your approval.

On our own blog, posts are written by Sarah on the same rails and carry her byline; this page is linked from every post.

AI output is prepared for your review. Nothing is published to your website or sent to your audience without your approval. The AI does not autonomously post to social platforms, run marketing email campaigns, or make business decisions for you. See Automation for the exact boundaries.

3. AI providers

To generate output, relevant prompts and workspace context are processed by third-party AI providers, currently OpenAI and DeepSeek (and additional creative providers where enabled). (Provider list derived from platform configuration; confirm before publication.) These providers process data to return results; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Accuracy & limitations

AI can be wrong. Output may contain inaccuracies or content that needs editing. Aria answers from the platform documentation and is designed not to invent information — but you should verify anything important before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for content you approve.

5. Your data & AI training

Your workspace content is used to operate the Service and generate the output you request. Whether provider data is used for model training is governed by our agreements with them: to be confirmed before launch.

6. Credits

AI usage consumes credits. Credit costs are shown in-product and governed by the Refund & Billing Policy.
