LevelUpGrowth provides website building, SEO, content, creative, CRM, calendar, and AI features (the "AI Assistant" Aria and the "AI Workforce"). Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available. We may update or improve the Service over time.

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No attempts to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• No use of AI features to generate prohibited, illegal, or misleading material.
• You are responsible for content you publish and for reviewing AI output before use.

4. AI output

AI features generate suggestions and drafts that require your review and approval. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying it before publishing or relying on it. See the AI Usage Disclosure. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, fit for purpose, or non-infringing.

5. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans and AI credits are governed by the Refund & Billing Policy. Prices, plan contents, and credit costs are shown at purchase and may change on notice.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content and data you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to operate the Service. You can export your website and data at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and branding are owned by to be confirmed before launch and its licensors.

8. Disclaimers & liability
