Refunds and Billing

This policy explains how plans, AI credits, and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Plans & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed to be confirmed before launch in advance via our payment provider, Stripe. Your plan and its inclusions are shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

2. AI credits

Some AI actions consume credits. Plans include a credit allowance; additional credits may be purchased. Credit costs per action are shown in-product. Credits are consumable and to be confirmed before launch.

3. Free plan

The Free plan includes the Website Builder, CRM and Calendar with no AI credits, and requires no payment.

4. Refunds

Refund terms are being finalised and will be published here before public launch. Cancel at any time from Billing; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. For any billing question, write to us.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds except as stated in §4 or required by law.

6. Price changes

We may change prices or plan contents on reasonable notice. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
